I'm a small town girl from Alabama with a huge imagination. I consider myself somewhat of a chameleon because over my 43 years of life I've been able to change into whatever was needed for my vision to be fulfilled. I'm an entrepreneur and here are a few of the things that I do. I am a former 20 year educational nanny (I created that title for myself lol) I have been in education over 22 years. I'm a event producer (I've created very unique experiences over the past 14 years that are not common in my hometown) and am a certified Postpartum and Birth Doula (if you know the rate of maternal death in African American women in the USA then you know why I made this decision). You will get to see so much more of what I do but for Now let's get into who I am because that is equally as important as what I do. 

I am a joyful, caring, charismatic, silly and sometimes flamboyant woman who loves music and minimalism. I love laughing and helping others discover a healthier lifestyle. I've been on a journey of healing and true self discovery for the past 12 years. But it turned into a serious structured process about 8 years ago. This website will also be like a chameleon. You will see things like my 1975 vintage travel trailer renovations( I sold my trailer in 2022 sad face.), me struggling to comb my thick natural hair. You will also see me wear my favorite tshirt hundreds of times as I navigate life in my 40's. Let's grow together while still honoring, and respecting each other's individuality and beauty.
